To integrate Project-Based Learning (PBL) and Case-Study methodologies into 100% of technical and management courses, aligning with international accreditation benchmarks.
To maintain a 1:1 student-to-digital-resource ratio, utilizing AI-driven learning platforms and virtual labs to augment traditional classroom instruction.
To ensure 100% attainment of Program Outcomes (POs) through a rigorous, data-backed assessment framework that measures high-order thinking skills.
Research, Incubation & Intellectual Property
To file at least 2 patents or copyrights per department annually, fostering a culture of protected innovation.
To secure a minimum of two externally funded research projects from national/international agencies (like DST, AICTE, or Industry) every academic year.
To incubate and support at least 3 student-led startups annually through the campus Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell (IEDC).
Strategic Industry Integration
To establish and maintain at least one Industry-Sponsored Laboratory (CoE) in every department for specialized training in niche technologies (e.g., AI/ML, Robotics, FinTech).
To achieve a 90% placement rate with a 20% annual increase in the “Average Package” by targeting Tier-1 multinational corporations.
To ensure 100% of students graduate with at least two industry-recognized professional certifications (e.g., AWS, Cisco, SHRM, Google) alongside their degree.
Institutional Sustainability & Governance
To achieve and maintain Net-Zero standards in waste management and increase renewable energy (Solar) utilization to 30% of total campus consumption.
To achieve 100% paperless administration through an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring real-time transparency for all stakeholders.
To support 25% of the faculty in obtaining international fellowships or conducting collaborative research with global Top-500 universities.
Leadership & Social Impact
To produce graduates who demonstrate zero ethical violations in professional practice, measured through a rigorous Life-Skills & Integrity audit.
To ensure every student completes at least one community-impact project that addresses the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
