2. Pre-Placement Talk
Company officials conduct a presentation to introduce their organization, work culture, and the roles they are hiring for. This session allows students to ask questions and understand the job profile and compensation details.
3. Written Test / Online Assessment
Shortlisted candidates appear for an exam designed to evaluate their aptitude, technical knowledge, and reasoning skills. These tests may be conducted online or offline based on the company's preferences.
4. Group Discussion
Candidates are grouped to discuss a current topic or a case study, testing their communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. This round evaluates how well a student presents ideas and listens to others under pressure.
5. Technical & HR Interview
The Technical Interview assesses the candidate's in-depth knowledge of engineering fundamentals and problem-solving abilities. The subsequent HR Interview evaluates personality, career goals, confidence, and overall fit within the company culture.
6. Final Selection & Offer Letter
Based on cumulative performance across all rounds, the company releases a final merit list of selected students. Formal offer letters are then issued to these candidates, detailing the terms of employment.
