Establishment of Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in Compliance with AICTE Regulations, 2016
I, the undersigned, Dr. Jayanta Gope, Principal and Head of Institution (HoI) of Ramarani Institute of Technology, Balasore, situated at Tamulia, Balasore-756056, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows:
- The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) was established at Ramarani Institute of Technology, Balasore on 5TH January 2026, The IQAC has been constituted as per the recommendations of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The IQAC ensures the effective implementation of quality initiatives through continuous reviews and periodic meetings. The IQAC works towards attaining excellence in all academic and administrative endeavours of the institution.

- IQAC shall evolve effective mechanisms and procedures to ensure the timely and efficient performance of academic, administrative, and financial activities; promote relevant and quality academic and research programmes; optimize modern teaching–learning methods; ensure credible assessment and evaluation processes; maintain and effectively utilize support services and infrastructure; and facilitate sharing of research outcomes and collaboration with institutions in India and abroad.
- That the Institution remains fully committed to ensuring a transparent, accountable, and effective grievance redressal mechanism in conformity with AICTE / BPUT/ SCTE&VT
